This is a group fitness class with a focus on muscle strength, endurance, and complete muscle development. There are 6 different angles which you can hit almost every muscle group and the key to developing your full potential (in any fitness goal) is to develop muscle evenly with specific attention to the balance of anterior/posterior, lateral/medial and distal/proximal aspects. Not only will this help you achieve your goals, but often relieves or prevents injuries.
Fitness Level: Any- We can work together and modify the exercises/weights to your current fitness level whether you are a beginner or think you are an expert 😉
Morrill Meadows Park – by the playground near the Kent YMCA
Workouts will vary each week and include warm up timed “work” segments, small breaks, and sprints (if able, if not we will find substitutions). It will be important to attend weekly if possible, to ensure the balance of the exercises.
