The sooner you register, the more time you have to sweat and climb Recovery Mountain!

Your Adventure — should you choose to accept it:Â
- Break active sweats to climb up Recovery Mountain and earn a special climb T-Shirt and get to attend a fall celebration cookout!
- Active Sweats = breaking a sweat from doing 30 minutes or more of physical activity.
- You’ll count total number of sweats + number of sweats done with Recovery Beyond!
- Get a tracking sheet + weekly sweat check in!
Tier Challenge Levels:Â
- The Foothills — Break 25 total active sweats, which includes 8 sweats through RB adventures!
- Basecamp —  Break 40 total active sweats, which includes 10 sweats through RB adventures!
- Mountain Top —  Break 60 total active sweats, which includes 12 sweats through RB adventures!
