All-Levels Boxing Fitness

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until August 31, 2023
This all-levels boxing class is for anyone looking for an exciting fitness experience. Recovery concepts are woven throughout the workout, creating parallels between boxing and recovery. The workout is an hour long with introduction and debrief time at the beginning and end.
Cappy’s mission for more than 20 years has been to provide boxing for everyone. Whatever your skill level or experience, their highly skilled coaching staff will provide you with diverse, challenging and fun workouts.
What to bring: water bottle, comfortable clothes, sweat towel.
