Make sure to bring shoes & clothes you are ok with getting wet.
This does not mean you have to get wet, but they are good to have just in case.

Everyone is welcome!
This is a Recovery Beyond Social, so bring your friends, family, and community members.
Kayaking is optional based on your own comfort level.
If you have never kayaked before, no worries! Guidance will be available by our Recovery Beyond staff if needed.

After we have a wonderful time Kayaking, we will drive about 5 minutes down the road to have some ice cream.
